Synopsis

We are in the mountains of the interior of Alaska. Coniferous boreal forests smother every inch of rotten and moldy acid soil with a sharp profile. Autumn comes to an end and the first dark clouds make an appearance on the highest peaks, noting the arrival of winter.
The moan of collapsing trees severed from its base along with the bellowing of the mountains harasser motor extends through the woods like a dying cry. Activity on the mountainside is producing the sickly light green carpet that forms the roof of the forest.
However, on the ground, something happens. Something is perceived in the moisture that permeates everything a harrowing film and the moss covering the rocks like a living carpet. It's like the certainty of sudden onset of a cornered animal. The same fury. Violence can breathe air, warm and stuffy.
A few minutes by truck-trailer through the winding dirt roads that run oppressed by the foliage, you get to Moosecreek. A small population of just over a quarter of a thousand inhabitants. Loggers are busy clearing the thick and ancient trees as quickly as possible. For this reason, and the threat of not receiving anything unless the deadline, half a month's work should be carried out in just one week. Even if it means breaking the law, felling trees in a nature reserve nearby.
What they know is that there lies dormant and is about to be released. Koyukon natives know it by the name of "the evil spirit that possesses" and soon we will show that there are places that should be respected or else, feared.
